How to Print a Cheque

Before printing, create a cheque book (which links a bank account and a layout). Then you’re ready to print.

Printing a cheque takes four quick steps.

Print a cheque

  1. Go to Cheques. On the left, expand a bank and select your cheque book.
  2. Find an unused cheque and click PRINT to open the print panel.
  3. On the Front Side tab, choose the Payee (or add a new one), enter the Amount and Date, and any extra lines.
  4. Confirm the live preview looks right, then click Save & Print.

ChequePot converts the amount to words automatically and positions every field to your layout:
